I haven't posted in awhile, but I do have some updates. Currently finished Breakdown and Motormaster. Will post those pictures soon. As for Roadbuster, I still need to purchase a head for him. Still looking at this for his head:
RB Head Shapeways
As for future projects, I do plan on making Rodimus from the Beast Hunters Wheeljack mold and Slipstream from the Beast Hunters Starscream mold. Not too sure how I will do Rodimus' head, but Slipstream's head I do plan on getting from shapeways.

Roadbuster Update
I just wanted to post an update on Roadbuster. Sorry I currently don't have pictures at the moment, but I am nearly finished with him. He is finally finished with his stage of painting and on the stage of clear coating. I decided to go for the matte finish this time to see how it turned out.
Also I will still need to find/buy a Roadbuster head, but currently only have one source for his head:

I think this may work with my custom, but I am a bit scared that it may be too small. The reason being is that the head for this was made for cybertron hotshot, which I think is a deluxe size. Will update again with the finished product.

Update: August 1, 2012
Hello everyone!
It has been awhile since I updated this blog. Haven't had the time to post any updates on my previous projects nor had the time to start a toy review.
Currently, I am collecting Transformers Prime toys. Transformers Prime is the newest and latest Transformers line as of now. Currently finished airing the second season and soon starting the third (sometime in August).
I am very excited for this line, as each and every figure looks impressive. Also another line coming out is from the new Transformers game: Fall of Cybertron. These figures not too excited about, but may collection anyways.
So far based off the Transformers news, Prime will be coming out with many new figures, some from the show, while others made up just to sell toys.
Currently, I am caught up with all the latest Prime characters (except for Jet Vehicon) with Airachnid being the latest.
Will eventually start my Transformers reviews on these. As for now, I need to catch up.
Customs:
As for customs, I really been delaying Roadbuster. I did finish Breakdown awhile back. Not too happy on how Breakdown looks, so I may work on a new one. This one became pretty frustrating because of some parts breaking due to leaving it in the rubbing alcohol too long. Will be posting pictures later when I got my lightroom set up.

Roadbuster and Breakdown Custom (work in progress)
Currently, I am working on two different customs. One of the customs would be Roadbuster. For all those who don't know who Roadbuster is, he is an autobot part of a group called the "Wreckers". I don't know a lot of details about this autobot, but I first saw him in IDW's comic book "All Hail Megatron" Volume One. He was part of Kup's crew that met up with the autobots that seem stranded and broken on Cybertron. I haven't really seen him in action, and I do know he is in the comic "The Last Stand of the Wreckers", which I haven't read yet.
He also appeared in the third live-action Transformers movie, "Transformers: Dark of the Moon". In this movie however, he appeared as a Green Nascar. I don't know much details about Nascar, so probably won't be able to talk much.
As for my custom, I plan to make him look more like his comic version. In order to do so, I decided to use a previous toy, Iron Man 4x4 Crossover. I feel his alt mode best fits Roadbuster. I plan to create a new head for him as well.
As for my second custom, it will be Breakdown. He is a decepticon part of a team called the "Stunticons". What is special about this team is that they can combine into a bigger robot called Menasor. I never realized what an interesting team they are, so I decided to make a figure for each, or at least ones without a figure.
Dragstrip was released as a repaint of Mirage, so I wouldn't need to create a custom of him. So far, I've completed Deadend using "Reveal the Shield Special Ops Jazz" and Wildrider using "Generations Blurr". In the future when i finish up Breakdown, I plan to buy a Knock-Off Classics Nemesis Prime to create Motormaster, the leader of the stunticons. The reason for using a knock-off is because the current value of a "Classics Nemesis Prime" is over $50, which I don't plan on spending to create a custom.
Now back to Breakdown. I plan to create him using "Generations Red Alert" since Classics Sideswipe and Universe Sunstreaker cost more than retail price (over $30...) currently, and also because I got Red Alert for $6 from Toys R Us.

The Start of a Transformers Blog
Today is the start of my Transformers blog. I want to be able to present different news and topics about the Transformers world. In addition, I will be starting my own reviews and updates on new (or old) Transformers I bought. I hope you enjoy my Transformers blog. Feel free to leave a comment on any opinions and constructive criticism so I can improve upon this blog.
